El Diamante International was founded to advise athletes who have aspirations of playing professional baseball in the US and/or Latin America, as well as active professional players who need quality representation.
Mission
To offer athletes orientation and professional advice in order to enter professional baseball at the international level. To help athletes achieve their personal goals to benefit their future and the future of their families, communities and countries. To provide technical assistance to youth baseball programs in order to enhance the level of instruction and development of players and coaches.

El Diamante International is dedicated to providing our clients the highest quality service in a culturally diverse environment. We understand the responsibility of a professional baseball player. Therefore, we take a personal approach to provide our clients comprehensive services tailored to meet their needs on and off the field. At El Diamante International, we do our best to make sure our athletes live a healthy and balanced lifestyle, so that they may succeed in every aspect of life during and after their careers.
Latin American Baseball Foundation
The foundation was created by Mike Toomey and Carlos Chavarria to serve youth and baseball coaches in developing the necessary skills to become good citizens, leaders, and players.
We offer youth and coaches baseball clinics conducted by pro scouts, coaches, and players with the purpose of enhancing and strengthening baseball programs in under-served communities.
